Tid-bits from the past 5 days of this human life
Hello, Earth Family. I hope the day finds you well. Since my ability to sit and wax poetic seems limited of late, and I still feel driven to share and connect, I needed to find a different way.
And here it is.
I am a bullet-journaler, a quiet-sitter/breather/ecstatic dancer, and a re-devoted morning page writer/art journaler. These are the practices that ground me in my life. I thought I’d share
—tidbits
—bits and pieces
—breadcrumbs that help me find my way back home and breadcrumbs I follow deeper into the shadowy forests.
Sending along wishes for peace, health, and joy in your day!
xxoo,
Fálki
Oh BUJO, Thanks for Tracking the Little Things!

Shark made me smile. Thanks for sharing.
I love the bits of journaling and I am so curious about the art… the textures and patterns are wonderful! What medium is this?
